The Villino Luschi is a stunning detached house dating back to the early 1900s, located in the heart of the city. It has been completely renovated with great care and boasts frescoed ceilings and decorated floors. Inside, you will find three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a beautiful communal room, and a small courtyard where you can enjoy a good coffee or a cup of tea and read a good book or simply relax.

The beautiful villa is managed by Isabella, who has already received the prestigious title of Superhost on Airbnb and the Traveller Review Award 2022 on Booking for her Casa Ridolfi Holiday Home. Isabella is a big fan of good food, travels (including on a motorcycle), and tourism in general. She will be happy to give you valuable advice on how to visit the surroundings and enjoy the best of typical Tuscan cuisine. Moreover, Isabella speaks English and German fluently, so you will have no communication problems.

The beautiful Villino Luschi is located in the San Michele district, on a quiet, residential and elegant street, just a few steps from the city center and the university campus. Its location is ideal for walking to the Faculty of Agriculture and Economics and Management, the Congress Palace, Lungarno and Viale delle Piagge, where you can jog or take a walk along the river under the cool of linden trees. In addition, you will find shops and a supermarket just a few steps away. The Villino Luschi is easily accessible from the main train station in just a 15-minute walk and 20 minutes from the airport, which is only a 5-minute drive away. If you prefer the bus, you can use the Pisa Mover from the airport to the train station and then take bus number 13.
